PTCL Withholding Tax Certificate – Download, PDF & Online Method

PTCL Tax Certificate via WhatsApp

1. PTCL users can now obtain their tax certificates via WhatsApp.
2. Simply save the PTCL WhatsApp number, 033 1218 1218, to your contacts and send a “Hi” message to access the main menu.
3. From the menu, select “Tax Certificate.”
4. Choose the specific period for which you require the withholding tax statement.
5. You will then receive your certificate directly through WhatsApp.

There are two types of services you can select for downloading the certificate: 

1. Landline
2. EVO/CharJi

How to Download Tax Certificate for Landline

To download your tax certificate, follow the step-by-step process.

1. Visit the PTCL withholding tax page. 
2. Select ‘Landline’ as the service type. 
3. Select the relevant area code. 
4. Enter your phone number (make sure it is registered with PTCL). 
5. Enter your Account ID, which is available on your bill. 
6. Select the relevant period for which you require the withholding tax certificate. 
7. Fill the Captcha. Your certificate will then be available for download. 

How to Download Withholding Tax Statement for EVO/CharJi

If you are an EVO user and want a certificate, follow the step-by-step process:

1. Enter the MDN No. without ’92’.
2. Enter the ESN No./ICCID (available on your device).
3. Enter your CNIC/NTN.
4. Select the period for which you want to download the withholding tax statement.
5. Fill the reCAPTCHA and click ‘Inquire Tax’.
6. Your tax certificate will now be available for download. 

Important: If you are using a desktop for downloading, ensure your ad blocker is turned off for reCAPTCHA, otherwise it will not work.

Additional Tips for Tax Certificates

Make sure you have the correct information, such as your CNIC, area code, and the dates for which you require the withholding tax certificate.
